The Reading for Life Foundation is also a Section 501(c)3 a charitable organization under the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.

Founded on October 17, 2014, as private, nonprofit foundation whose mission is to promote reading as a fundamental life skill and to support organizations and initiatives that do so.
